Pulsed laser power supply:

Principle of laser power supply

1) Working principle of the main circuit

The main circuit is powered by the power frequency inverter circuit by 220V power frequency, rectifier is 310V DC, the middle is provided with a soft start circuit and filtering link, resonant inductor, resonant capacitor and IGBT inverter switch composed of half bridge circuit, inverter frequency is 22kHz, after the inverter, through the high frequency transformer boost, and the grid isolation after high frequency rectifier, and then charge the energy storage capacitor Electricity. Before discharging the energy storage capacitor, the high voltage generated by the trigger circuit will break down and ionize the loaded xenon lamp. 2) Working principle of control circuit

The control part of laser power supply mainly consists of signal source, signal processing and shaping, delay regulation, pulse power amplification, energy storage voltage control and isolation circuit. The laser power supply adopts the main circuit structure of resonant switching technology, which can realize the current zero crossing moment off, can effectively reduce the switching loss, thus improving the conversion efficiency. According to the composition of the main circuit, the control circuit mainly completes the charge control, discharge control, the time chain between the charge and discharge, the Q delay control and other functions.
