Laser cutting machine equipment common faults and solutions

1, boot without any response

▶ Power fuse is burnt out: Replace the fuse.

▶ Power input is normal: Check power input and make it normal.

▶ Main power switch is damaged: Replace the main power switch.

2, no laser output or very weak laser

▶ Optical path offset: Carefully adjust the optical path.

▶ Contaminated or damaged reflector lens: Clean or replace reflector lens.

▶ Whether the focal length of the device is changed: readjust the focal length.

▶ Focusing mirror is contaminated: Clean the focusing mirror.

▶ Cooling water quality or temperature is normal: replace the clean cooling water to the normal temperature.

▶ Circulation of cooling water: dredge the cooling water channel.

▶ Laser tube is damaged or aged: Replace the laser tube.

▶ Whether the laser power supply is powered on: check the power supply loop of the laser power supply to make it normal.

▶ Whether the machine temperature is too high: 

1. Turn off the machine to make the temperature drop down; 2. Ventilation to enhance the heat dissipation of the machine; 3. Adjust the ambient temperature.

▶ Laser power supply is damaged: Replace the laser power supply.

3, cutting/engraving depth is not ideal

▶ Whether the cutting/engraving machining parameters are normal: Set the appropriate machining parameters.

▶ Laser Power setting is normal: Set the laser power correctly.

▶ Laser output weakening: see point 2.

4. The computer is not connected to the device

▶ Scan switch on: Turn on the scan switch.

▶ Power on motion system: Check the power supply of motion system and make it normal.

▶DSP motion control card is damaged: Replace DSP motion control card.

▶ Signal cable loose: Plug the signal cable and fix it.

5, processing size error or action error

▶ Whether the whole machine and computer are properly grounded: the equipment and computer are well grounded.

▶ Signal cable is normal: Replace the signal cable.

▶ Computer operating system failure or virus infection: Reinstall operating system or remove virus.

▶ Whether your computer is running properly: Replace or dispose of your computer.

▶ Unstable power supply or interference signal: install voltage regulator or eliminate interference signal.

▶ Application Software is Normal: Reinstall the software and motion control card driver software.

▶ Correct setting of processing parameters (such as layout) : Reset the corresponding parameters

▶ Whether the processing program is normal: Check the processing program written and modify it until it is normal.

6, the slider movement is not ideal

▶ Dolly slide and slider is contaminated: Clean slide and slider.

▶ Whether guide rail is polluted: Clean guide rail and add lubricating oil.

▶ Whether the transmission gear is loose: tighten the transmission gear

▶ Whether the transmission belt is loose: adjust the belt tightness.
