6. Before starting up the laser engraving machine every day, observe whether the focusing lens of the laser machine is polluted. If it is polluted, it should be cleaned in time. Please be careful not to use too much force when cleaning the mirror, otherwise it will lead to the deviation of the light path! The maintenance of all levels of reflective lenses and focusing lenses should follow the principle of "clean in time if there is contamination", and special lens cleaner should be used when cleaning.

7, laser engraving machine before starting work, should test whether each limit switch is working properly, to ensure that the equipment in the process of work will not affect the accuracy of the equipment collision, equipment before work, should pay attention to adjust the focal length and lock, to ensure that the focal length will not decrease and affect the processing effect, eventually cause mechanical collision.

8, laser engraving machine after the work, should do a good job of cleaning. In the case of power failure, you can gently push the focusing mirror group and X axis guide rail seat, do not push and pull forcefully. The bed body should be kept clean, especially the two linear guides. It is required to clean the oil on the guide rail and the guide rail seat after the end of the work every day. Transformer oil should be added to the linear guide rail and the slide block before the next day's work.
