Ultrasonic generator common failure and maintenance methods

Ultrasonic generator is a kind of equipment that converts the mains power into the corresponding high-frequency alternating current of the transducer to drive the transducer to work. It is an important component of the high-power ultrasonic system. It can also be called electronic box, ultrasonic driving power supply and ultrasonic controller. Although the ultrasonic generator can also be called the ultrasonic drive power, but in fact, the ultrasonic generator is only a part of the ultrasonic drive power. Ultrasonic power supply can be divided into self-excitation and other excitation according to different excitation modes, and the ultrasonic generator refers to its excitation type ultrasonic power supply, because its excitation type oscillation circuit in the output power is more than 10% higher than the self-excitation, so most of the current use of ultrasonic generator as the driving power.

Common faults and maintenance methods

First, the ultrasonic intensity is weak.

1. Use the frequency table to measure whether the host frequency is in the normal range. Generally, the 28k oscillator is 27-31k. If the difference is particularly large, it can be restored by adjusting the frequency regulation potentiometer on the motherboard.

2, Observe the current size of the ammeter, first of all, should check whether there is damage to the ultrasonic vibration plate, such as vibration off, vibration lens crack, bonding glue cracking, connecting wire is short circuit, etc. In general, if the current does not decline much or basically does not decline, and the sound advantage is normal, but the ultrasonic intensity declines more severe, it is likely to be the vibrator glue cracking, the method of judgment is: observe the glue layer at the connection between the vibrator and the steel plate.

3. The general working voltage, when the ultrasonic equipment works for a long time with a large load, the ultrasonic will be weakened.

Second, there is ultrasonic, but the power can not be adjusted

1, check whether the thyristor short circuit, if yes, replace, otherwise check the next step.

2. Check whether the triode T5 is damaged, and replace it if yes.

Three, no ultrasonic, the power switch indicator is bright, the fan runs normally

1. Take off the output cable, turn on the power supply, adjust the power to the maximum, use a multimeter AC 1000V file, measure the output voltage, generally about 1000V. If there is voltage, the generator is fine. Plug in the output cable and check step 5. If there is no voltage, check the next step.

2. Use a multimeter current file of 1000V to measure whether the positive and negative ends of the main capacitor or rectifier bridge output are about 300V. If there is no voltage, check the fourth step; if there is voltage, check the next step.

3, use a multimeter AC 20V gear to measure D1 (frequency measurement diode) should be about 10V, if there is no voltage, then replace the IC1 module.

Four, no ultrasonic, the power switch indicator light is not bright, the fan does not turn.

1. Check whether the power switch is damaged. If yes, replace the power switch.

2, check whether the fan is damaged, if yes, replace the fan.

5. No ultrasound, no sound of power switch, etc., and the fan runs normally

1. Check whether the rectifier bridge is damaged. The method is as follows: switch the pointer multimeter to ×10K gear, connect the black pen to the positive pole of the rectifier bridge, and connect the two pins of the red pen to the AC end respectively. If yes, replace the rectifier bridge, otherwise check the next step.

2. Check whether the main capacitor (as shown in Figure 6) is damaged. If yes, replace the capacitor.

3. Check whether the power tube is damaged. The method is as follows: set the pointer multimeter to x 10K gear and connect the black watch pen to pin 2 of the power tube.

Note:

Please place the machine in a dry and ventilated place, with the rear of the machine more than 30mm away from the occluding material for heat dissipation.

Please contact the maintenance staff in case of abnormal work. Do not open the cover casually to avoid injury.
